Welcome To Tonmawr And Pelenna Juniors RFC

The Pelenna under 14's are coached by Keith Gladwin, John Cole and Steve Kennerley.

Currently they have around 25 players with their player base being spread throughout the area with boys coming from Cimla, the Afan Valley, Neath and Port Talbot.

The coming season the objective of this age grade is to give players more exposure to teams outside of the Afan Nedd district with fixture list making up from teams from Scarlet's, Cardiff and RCT regions.

 Pre - Season training will start last Thursday in July.

Congratulations to the following players who have been retained into Afan Nedd U14's district Squad for the forth Coming season:

Jacob Blackmore, Rhys Howells, Johnathan Gaul, Cameron Gladwin, Owen Hosgood, Rhodri Jervis, Sam Bowring, Josh Cole and Blake Morgan.

Congratulations must also be extended to the following players who have also been selected to represent Neath School Boys U15's, Jacob Blackmore, Johnathan Gaul and Rhys Howells.

The Pelenna under 13's have completed a fantastic season.where they again entered the Kidwelly 7's tournament in May where again they defended the plate trophy by beating Newcastle Emlyn in the final.

Coaches Keith Gladwyn & John Cole said "We went down not expecting anything but the boys played superbly and took some big scalps along the way.We'd like to thank all the boys  for their efforts this year.
